| IT'S PERFORMANCE, you rebuild an engine for anyone on LPG yet? If so, what kind of results were obtained. Im thinking that there is no way that you would get the same results as a petrol engine? Unless maybe, if the car was set up for straight gas? |

| With the performance developements kits would there be a new redline or change in where the limiter cuts in? i imagine they would be able to handle the extra load better than the standard engine. |

Yeah xshore I'll post up dyno charts when I get it dyno'd and time slips when I take it out to WSID, pictures, videos - the works It won't be for a while yet though, I only put around 250ks on it a week and I want to give it a good run in before giving it a work out.
I'm also still tossing up whether to spend more on some sort of aftermarket engine management gear or call it quits at the ~170 kw I have now. Engine = great bang for buck, chips/ecus + tuning costs = not so great bang for buck... |

man, i'm keen for a stage 4 kit. or possibly the stage 3ps (which i'm guessing is the one shuggs got?). either of those, an xr lsd and a tranny cooler will do me nicely. can't wait! but first i have to get it lowered, rest of bodykit, stereo, possibly fix the paint job up a bit, intake and exhaust.... so it might be a little while.
oh hey mark, with exhaust, which headers do you use? are they pacemakers (i seem to remember them being) and would you do the whole exhaust or should i get a cat back exhaust before i come to you? to be honest i'd rather get the hole exhaust done before i come to you so if you find there's a header that works best with your stuff pls recommend them to me. lastly, the do just bolt on right? no welding involved? thanks mate. |

Mitch, Dellow's is one of the places I had a yarn to when considering the same conversion on my XF. Custom bellhousings, tough gearboxes, etc, etc. |

hehe, I could tell a funny story about it not being that clean
And yes, all Marks engines are exchange, unless I guess you organise otherwise.... |
