wow talk about a nice long read but it has got me excited, time for another refinnance i think, i would like 2 know how the stage 3ps goes so would like 2 know when the canberra mob r meeting up so i can come have a look, its time 2 seriously start throwing some bux into the ute

Yep. A manual box is obviously alot better but the auto will be fine

You'll need to get a blue slip at some stage if you plan to sell the car because the engine numbers won't match. That said you don't need it to pass rego and I still haven't gotten around to doing the blue slip a year later on mine.

It's all internal work so they'd never know icon_wink.gif
If you're gonna go a stage 3PS you'd atleast want to have extractors too, so that'd probably be your biggest insurance issue.

It comes down to :

1 - They will cover you at no extra cost
2 - You might pay more for insurance coz of it
3 - they won't cover you

You're best to ring round to see how each company treats their mods.

ITS Performance has unofficially gone of the air for awhile....til some personal matters get ironed out...best you give Mark a call on the mobile as he 'may' still be able to help you out.

what oils are you guys with ITS motors using?

I have a Stage 4 with 20,000 k's.
read the 'oils sticky' and was thinking about using
a fully synthetic 15W40 , not sure on brand yet.

I think Mark used to use castrol formula R 10w60.
Last time I changed mine I used penrite HPR 15w60
