When i replaced the blown gasket on the 5.0 I used Felpro for all the top end gaskets. Give Rare spares in Homebush a call and ask for Dean. He sorted me out on the intake to head gaskets for about 20 each from memory. Last time i checked genuine ford they wanted 80 a side.

Yep, 1" spacer will be going in.
Timing cover gasket should come with rollmaster kit.
I will be doing a bit of ringing around today, got rare spares up here i will call, also try and sort out rocket quote. They are bloody hopeless there, they dont want to help you one little bit.
And that quote from fraud, was only to supply the head gasket.... maybe he f**k up, but we both had a good laugh together. |

Cheers fellas, muchly appreciated.
Now... i have been trying to track down some bolts for the inlet manifold with the 1" spacer, and they do not sell the bolts the length that i need by themselves. Am i better off going to a bolt shop and ordering them through there? or does someone know where i can get them from?
This is what i have ordered:
Head gaskets
Head bolt kit
timing set
exhaust gasket
t/b to manifold gasket
manifold to head gasket
vave springs
valve spring reatiners
valve spring keepers
Stem seals
Lifters
Is there anything that is not needed or anything else that i will need, as i really dont want to be doing 2 orders, so i can save on postage and so i am not a*** around with parts.
But i can tell you this, i am as broke as i have ever been in a long long time. Didnt predict the parts was going to cost this much.
Cheers fellas

| I had to nuys 7in allen bolts for my 3/8 spacer as that was all I could get. Other than that they suggested I make my own. |

| Call KC Harris in East Maitland. They stock everything or if they don't, they'll make it. If you want somewhere closer, try Blackwoods at Wickham or the bolt shop near the United servo on Industrial Dr. |

I got some threaded rod the same thread as the intake, then cut it to size and used that. SO i essentailly have studs with bolts on top. Not as tidy, but does the job

Yeah i will try mullings at cardiff, as i only work just around the corner. see what they have, and if not i shall try a few other places.
What size are they 3/8? not a big fan of the threaded bar idea, i will work around it. |

I used this option as well but I welded the nuts to the rod and cleaned it up to look neater.Never had any problems. |
