| So does that mean in a front end prang, you could see turbo shards going into engine? maybe even shards of the turbo fins going AWOL into something? |

Its actually it's quite a good way of mounting them as its almost inline with intercooler etc..The heat from turbine is out of engine bay [almost]...Remember guys most fwd's have there turbo's in front of engine block..Mitsi Evo series, Pulsar GTIR etc...

Don't know much about turbo engines... but can agree on that the air he would be picking up would be much cooler then many other turbo cars! |
