Hey Hey,
I think i have decided to stick with the EB front, but somehow give it a different look.
I started by simply removing the badge, (not different i know) and it had been rubbing into the paint, leaving a indentation, f**k.
So i got out the spray putty and sandpaper, and fixed it up. Its not perfect, but its better.
A new coat of silver and its good as new, not perfect as i said, but it'll get redone when i respray the car anyway.
I also found an ashtray door at the wreckers on saturday, but it was grey. So i flamed it! I know i know, lame as, but i seem to love the s**t.
And i got some boot plastics. They will get cleaned and refitted on next week.
Also in the is a piece of stainless that hopefully will be long enough to do my intake.
For the front, i'm thinking of taking of the headlight covers, and painting the inside plastic black, and the outer rim of the glass to give it a angry look, without looking modded overly. Thoughts?
Andrew. |

Well well, my day off so some time to progress.
Made up a stainless intake pipe for the EL intake. Note that i cut and tig'd a bend in it, for it to fit better with my aircon lines. The other stuff is my custon aircon line and new dryer. YAY, i'll have cold air again, mmmm, climate control.
EF hotplate intake removed, ready to install the new air con lines.
Line fits well, so much easier to use than the factory s**t.
New dryer on
All fitted
And another
It looks so much better than the stupid EF intake. It also fits better anyway, and gives more room.
Next mod, BA headlight conversion! WOOT WOOT! |

Thanks guys, the grill does need another coat thoghu, i didn't prime properly and it came out wierd.
The coilpacks are on the shock tower because the EB engine mounts don't accomidate for them. So i made i mount on the shock tower out of some 3mm steel. Also it gets them away from the heat. |

Thanks guys, i tahnk this site for such ideas an inspiration.
Plenty more to come. I havent had a computer for a coupe of weeks, but i've done no major mods, only fitted some JL Audio speakers in the front, and got my air regassed.

Thanks mate. I aim to please. HAHA.
Unfortunatly my computer is still out of action, been to busy to fix. So i can't yet post photos, but....
BA HEADLIGHTS ARE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT LOOKS s**t HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took all day yesterday to do, there was more modding than i intially thought, and also one of the lights i got required some repair.
I got the Pair of BA lights for $20 from a wreck, they were still ok though besides one needing some patching up.
But they are in and it looks MINT AS.
Hope to get photos up soon.
