Anyone here have any idea ?
My EL Fairmont was running fine, pulled up in the bottle shop (heehee) and it stalled, then it just would not start. No warrning just stoped. Car has never had any issues, just about to hit 200k (Going to throw a big party for her) The car turns over but there is no spark, when i turn the key to on (just before ignition start) the climate control flashes "OFF" 3 times. please any help would be great. any ideas no matter how silly. |

yeah when i did one i actually found it much easier from underneath, however that was on a hoist, but b4 you go to the trouble of pulling it out buy a 10 dollar multi meter from jaycar or d**k smith if you dont have one and test it, or just do it the dodgy way and see if theres spark off the coil lead, so then you can rule out dizzy and other leads and you will know for sure its the coil
cheers mate |
