Well, with great thanks to pyroay (Aaron) Fordmods now has 5 new Technical Documents.

Aaron has allowed Fordmods to publish his Car Audio tutorials which were previously found in the Car Audio forum. These will be a great help to those who are planning a new install or who would like to perfect their current set-up. There is little doubt that Aaron is well learned in the car audio department!

The tutorials can be viewed by clicking on the 'Technical Documents' link at the top of the page, here you will also find a vast array of other Tech Doco's Fordmods has. For those who are more recent to Fordmods, you may be interested to know that Fordmods was born as a site to host Technical Doco's based on the EF/EL Falcon series.

We welcome all users to submit Technical Documents, please PM me for further details on how you can submit youd Doco's!

start a new thread in the forums asking about this

i'd be more inclined to suspect a dodgy universal joint rather than a bent axle....

have you lowered it?

Thanks, i have been asked by many people to complete Tutorials on all sorts of audio stuff.

I started with 5 basic ones thatv are important and hekpful but i dont want to overdo it as people often learn from discussion with others and the different threads that devleop.

Instead i will do a couple more on some important areas and then run a Car Audio workhsop day with hands on work on your own cars using different technices + covering some theory.

I will also run a test and tune day where people can measure PSL (up to 180db) and RTA score's for SQ tunning. I will provide pointers and assistance ont he day with how to improve and maximise with SPL or SQ spending on what your seeking.

Hoping to get 20 people or more to the test and tune day...
