ok...i have a lukey system 2.5"...and it rattles like a f**k ugh...i have done everything i can to stop it...

origionally it was banging on the controler arm of the diff. So...i adjusted it and welded it so it coudlnt do this anymore. BUT...now it knocks on the bumper bar. Now...what the hell can i do about this. I've cut a rubber especially for it for now..but its no way a propper fix for this problem..and its driving me insane...i'll never buy lukey again...the bends in the pipe are totally wrong for an EL falcon

Agree take the car to a exhaust fitter as sometimes the pre fab exhaust systems are not bent exact and a pipe bender is required.

I had a similar problem with my au2 rattling on the spare wheel well, it's a lukey as well.

They made it to long in the front straight section, about 2cm or something like that, I just bent the rear bracket on the exhaust out a fraction and it stopped it. Maybe if you fiddle with the brackets you could fix the problem???

They make the exhausts to factory specs, but as we all know, that evary car can differ in size at some point on the production line.

was you cat shortened for the install. If it was, maybe it wasn't shortened enough or shortened to much. This would cause a lot of interference problems down the line.
