A bit of a guess here, around 36psi. (260 kpa) and about 250cc in 10 seconds.
If it's slightly more it 'shouldn't' matter as the pressure regulator should bring it down. |

Her are the spec's for an EL, I guess a EF would be the same.
Fuel pressure at idle 225kpa
Fuel pressure engine off 275kpa
fuel system pressure drop allowed 10% in 10 seconds max
Fuel Pump pressure (dead head) 400kpa minimum
