go to "Run" in the start menu

and then typ

dxdiag

and you'll get a couple of things like sound, display, etc etc

To find other stuff like CPU etc etc... right click on my computer and then properties.... Just not sure how to tell what mother board it is...

Easiest way to tell the Mboard type and model is just to open up the side of the case so u can see your motherboard and all the slots etc and the brand and modle like ASUS A7N-E Deluxe will be written on the board.

You forgot pull the case out, undo the two screws, slide the panel out, Look for it, Slide the panel back in, Do the two screws up, and put it back in its place....
