| There was a thread on them yonks ago. I just got a new one a little while ago (Nokia 6681 now - previously 7610, 6600 and 3650 owner). Wondering if anyone has any good sites or anything as MySeries60.net which I used to go to seems to not be around any more? |

Symbian phones basically have kick a*** operating systems. Lots and lots and lots of software available for them. Can jam mmcs in them as well to store lots of stuff on the phone.
Games (decent 3d graphics as well)... any kind of application you can think of... heck, ive even got Tom Tom on mine (lol, not working yet.. it's being a b**ch).
TWR - there is one site and one site only that you;ll ever need.
www.imserba.com
Register and log onto the forums. Depending in if you have Series 60 or series 80 phone... go into the applications or games forums.
Oh - and be sure to check out the adults only forum... there's some filthy s**t in there. |

Just look here:
http://www.symbian.com/phones/
Most symbian phones are Nokia smartphones. |

Cheers 4.9!
Symbian phones are awsome, I'm addicted to them now aye! There great to as they are nice and big so good for my hands, and don't break easily when droped or anything like that! Also it's awome having the large screen! But you get so many comments like 'nice brick'.
Chunkz - lots of the new models can't do that any more as Infra-Red seems to be being phased out! |

Best resoucse for symbian phones is yahoo groups, just search for 6600, or your phone type and there is s**t loads out there for em.
How do I know thats a good resousce, well when I used to work making games for symban and JAva phones (game of the year 2 years running baby!!!)
we often found our games on there BEFORE we released them!!!!! bloddy leakers! |
