Howdy.
Due to a lack of availability and publicity of the not so local drag strip, it's very very very hard for me to throw my car down the quarter and get a proven time slip for her...
I have an EFII XR6 manual with a JMM DEV3HL cam, intake, leads and plugs etc etc. I also have replacement headers, hi flo cat into a 2 1/2" exhaust. I have had it on the dyno straight after the cam went in (the final mod) and she punched out 149+ rwk (I believe it would pull more than that now).
So, what quarter mile time do you think would be realistic given a good track, average temperature and a solid pounding |

mid-14's, depends if you can drive it or not
John_xr6 aka the boxcar bandito ran a 14.6 I think it was with his dev3HL.
Manual ED Ghia.
His is the special 2 stroke 4l but.
Very rare. |

depends if u can drive.
with a Dev3hl cam and a 3.45lsd i would be suprised if u couldnt break a 14. With a decent driver(not saying u arent- just hypothetically) a 14.6 would probably be the quickest she could run |

Thanks. I was waiting for you to post. You seem to be in the know when it comes to quarters .

You won't do a 14.6 with tire pressures upwards of 32psi, and tools and s**t in the boot |

You also won't pull a 14.6 with 5 fat f**k in the car, bald tyres and 3 cartons of the worlds finest beer in the boot
FYI: the worlds finest beer is none other than Boags Draught |
