I wanted to know if its normal with an lsd for one wheel to slip inderpendly. When i'm trying to pull up our drive way on to the front lawn, the passenger wheel slips on the grass and the other dosen't on the gravel/concrete. I'm fairly sure it doesn't do it when you stomp it, just when a wheel has no grip at all, eg wet grass. I have got fully synthetic oil in it though.
Any ideas? |

fully synthetic oil?
dunno the makeup of the oil used in LSD's, but i know that if you dont use it, you've effectively f**k your LSD
how many k's on your car? it could just be that your LSD is worn out |

Yeah I've got the top end castrol fully synthetic in it, but I don't know how many kays its done cause I bought it from a guy cleaning up his back yard, it was in a shed and looked like it had been kicking around for awhile, but the rain hadn’t gotten to it, and he said he was gonna put it in his before someone stole it and then crashed it, and he's been driving commies eva sence corse they don't get stolen as much, i'm not sure if thats true but anyway. But when we first got it we put sum standard LSD oil in it, and we had some problems with lsd chatter, as the trouble-shooting guide in the repair manual calls it, and it said, that it didn’t mean that it was stuffed and to do close circles at 10 kays and/or replace the oil, so we did that one.
But she works fine when you want em lit, like just a light stab in first and she'll light one both at the same time. so i have nfi.
Thanks man. |

it still might be the oil, if it doesnt have the right addititives in it for an LSD, it'll either f**k the LSD cones or severely reduce it's effectiveness
generally if your LSD is chattering, give it 5 slow circles left, then 5 right, that should fix it.....
i just hope you used the right oil..... just cos it's the top of the line fully synthetic stuff doesnt mean it's got the friction modifiers that an LSD needs |
