bloody oath nim glad its over, was sick to death of taking my manifold on and off, did it 3 times in total, but spent a lot of time testing, wastegate on and off to remove its valve, diferent gate hose setups and pressure testing
heres the pics, it now works beautifully....

well, got it on the rollers finally today, its been 18months coming.... it ran with zero problems, and made 328.3kw on just 14psi.
that was an ultra safe tune, in the 10's a/f and 13deg timing. ill post a graph l8r, since i didnt want any damage thats as far as i was keen to stretch it... note only 14psi means there is a LOT left in it |

well, stay tuned, this will be back on the dyno in september... watched my video back today, and did some calculations, my dyno graph stops at 192kmh, and we were revving it to 5800rpm in 4th, that works out to 232kmh... watching the video my speedo goes well of the clock and hits the bottom of the dash at about 5500rpm.. my car does 192km at like 4800rpm which is where the graph stops..
this means i had some major wheelspin, which expalains why my graph is so lumpy... ill have some decent tyres on it and strap it down hard..
my tuner tells me any cars hes seen that have so much slip (46mkh worth) usually pull another 100hp when they hook up, im expecting i could see another 50rwkw with good traction. i didnt pick up on the fact it was spinning, it seemed ok -obviously it wasnt ok
STAY TUNED. brad |

yeh u can see the where it was wheel spining after 191kph,
i wonder y the line is so rough down in the lower kph. because myne was like that to.
would this be because of the ford hall device. because CortinaD did say his run alot beter with the magna sencor for cyl ref and the ford hall for sync.
what u recon?? |

oh boy, one thing i can tell anybody thinking they can pump 550fwhp through a std 6cyl t5 is dreaming -this includes ME....
i havent even done 100km since tuning, and only given it a handful of full on 14lb squirts. and the gearbox is starting to whine like hell. it was perfect ever since ive owned it, now its half R.OOTED. wont be long and bang, ill start losing gears... |

lol, dont feel left out fritzz... i forgot to reply to that
cant 100% explain the roughness, i dont at all think it is related to the trigger setup.. you would see erratic timing etc if that was no good... maybe it is just wheel slip the whole way through?? i mean most cars that have traction problems on the rollers are around 240+rwkw, if you look at my graph, it starts to get nasty at about 230kw... and my tyres are fuked
just looking at your graph, its actually quite smooth |

| an update, all hope may not be lost for my gearbox, just got home from work and stuck me head under her for a look, it has oil leaking out of it, so im thinking maybe its just leaked enough that its low on oil and now just the bearings are noisy?? lol, probably wishful thinking |
