gday,
as some of you may know i have a hp4 chiptorque chip for my car which i grabbed out of my mates old EF, well it doesnt run with my ECU so i put his old ECU in and it runs fine, but when i put the chip in it starts but blows black smoke, im assuming the chip is over fueling the engine, i took it out immediatly. Can anyone tell me for sure what this may be?
btw the chip is programmed for the same cam as mine, but he may have bigger injectors, im not sure, cant tell. His injectors have different numbers on them compared to mine. |
