Hey all ...

Okay, just replaced all my shocks and spring again ... One problem I can see, The rubber at the top of the strut tower, where the front springs sits into the hmm .. 'top hat' I'd guess you call it? .. The rubber in there is starting to fall to bits ... Just wondering if nolathane do replacements for these? .. Or is it a genuine ford part? ..

I've got a lot of creaking sound coming from it!

Just wondering, if anyone has replaced them, and is it better to go aftermarket or just genuine ford? .

Replaced just about everything else ... apart from the front cast rod bushes ..

They are next!

Nolathane do replacment upper shockie mounts, these are the rubber bits you can see on the strut towers when you open the bonnet. if you are refering to the upper spring seat, im not aware of an aftermarket replacment. probably be easier to go to a wreckers and see if you can find a pair in good nick from an EL or something a bit later than your ED.
