note: the speedos out due to diff gearing, so 120km/h on the speedo is 100km/h road speed.
on my phone i timed around 6.89 seconds roughly. |
Your car seems quite fast, what has it had done to it? |

| Stop watches/mobile phones/sundials etc shouldn't count for 0 - 100 runs.. |

Dang!
That video was all black.
Would love to see it though. You got the file? Can you e-mail it?
Or repost a link I can see?
Could be just me???
Also, was that a shift alarm I heard towards the end? |

nah, He just has the speed alarm set to 100km/hr.
You should be able to view them, they are only basic type avi's.
Try open in media player classic, or the old media player. |

I was just reading a review of the holden epica when i stumbled across this.
http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/ArticleDetail.aspx?ArticleID=39718&comparisonID=1029
"Holden's sales pitch with the Epica is "the power of a six with the economy of a four" and yet the opposite appears to be true: in the real-world the Epica is slow and (relatively speaking) thirsty.
In our laden 0-100kmh dash it was the slowest of the group with a time of 16.4 seconds and the five-speed auto seemed to be constantly searching for the right gear. Small capacity six-cylinder engines are known for not having much pulling power from low revs and the Epica is no exception."
That is disgraceful in htis day and age. |
