my ef futura (with cam work) makes a 'sucking sound' when i rev hard...
not sure where its coming from but from inside the cabin it feels like its coming from the left side of the engine bay... any ideas? |

Have you got a pod filter or extractors?
My EF makes that noise and has both of those mods. Although now with the new cam, you can't hear anything over the exhaust. |

| mine makes a similar sound too, i dont know were it comes from, but u can hear it when you accelerate, i jsut got extractors fitted and i cant remember it doin it b4 thatso im not sure |

Intake Mods - K&N Panel Filter, AU3 XR8 Snorkel
- thats why its doing it..
K&N etc filters always make the engin louder when you accelerate. |

your engine is just breathing deeper
just get a louder exhaust or somthing
or put air intake in a sound deadened box |
