|
|
hey all
looking into converting a ba sedan to lpg, just have a few questions that may seem a bit stupid, but i really have zero idea about anything lpg..
1. would the vapour injection be the best for the ba, do then even do the mix type one for the ba?
2. ive been quoted 3200 for the conversion, would that be the price of a vapour injection system.. or is the vi system generally more expensive?.
3. where do they locate the pump nozzle thingo, do they hide it in the exisiting fuel lid, or do they still locate it next to it..
cheers guys.. |

1. yes injection is the way to go, cost more but is far better than mixer
2. $3,200 is cheap, usually it's upto a grand more than that - stay away from parnell systems tho, people have reported hassels with them
3. yes, to the left of the petrol filler under the fuel door, it can't be seen until you open the door |

| make sure u get it converted by someone reputable, with vapour injection, and by someone who can guarantee it will run properly when converted. BA's are funny things about gas conversions but the ones that work on them work very well. |
