ahh that is an easy one for me, NOPE, sorry it is totally different, basically it is a X series, E series Frankenstein bonnet. |

probably the only thing you could do then is find an EF bonnet and do something yourself (or with a panel beater) and make up an original "bulge" and put that on.
If you do it properly and it looks professional your EF would look sweeet! |

It isn't that simple, otherwise you would see heaps of X series with XH fronts, the whole front is different, if you search around you might find the member who it the conversion to a XD, the XH front is more EF than X series, but nearly all panels are XH only. |

Would putting a bulge on a normal bonnet be much to get someone to fabricate?
Is it possible to cut the front half of the XH bonnet and weld it to the windscreen half of an EF bonnet?
What I am asking is where the difference in the bonnets is? Front, sides, rear, or (gulp) all of the above? |

And the front gaurds. I was also under the impression that the radiator support panels are lower too on the XH. But I have seen an XF with an XH front on it.... How did I know it was an XF? Because it was a sedan.. and it looked ordinary |

| only on the XRs and fairmonts. on gli and futura you would have to change head lights and the bumper. |

What do you mean cleaner lines? EB-ED bonnets are exactly the same, only difference is the grill. |

| I thought the bonnets were the same? The grille will bolt up, but you need some spacers. So i guess the bonnets are different. But not sure how much of the profile is |

| As for an XH front, the inner front guards are different too, so they'd have to be changed also (what fun) |

The EB grill looks much better than ED. |
