Okay, started the BBM install .... Now, the vaclum lines are totally different duh!

Can anyone please advise me on how to connect ED vacum lines to the BBM vaclum plug on the BBM .. (the plug on the BBM where the vacum lines go)

Trying to get this going tommorrow, If it all works out, I'll write a doco ..

Please advise! .. I know a lot of you have done the BBM install into a eb/ed falcon, got everything else ready apart from the vacum lines.

Any pics anyone?

cheers!

Antony.

just go to an EF, and see where each one of those lines go.. or someone with an XH XR6 or something. I can find out, but its only my friend who has an EL and he don't come around too often.. im sure someone here can lead you to the right direction...

Cheers

from memory there is only 3 vacuume lines that come off the thing and ones about a 3/16 line that goes to your map sensor, one is the brake booser line (pretty self explanitory) and the other is the std dash vent vacuume lines that are about 1/16 in dia. The brake booster and dash lines come off a tree at the back of the BBM at the fire wall and the map comes from under the TB from memory but on the outer side

there's also one that goes from the AFK or whatever (crankscase/rocercover thingy) sensor.. goes to an F connector, and connects into the manifold, also an airconditioning air line connected to the oter part of the F connector (broken that so many times).. also an oil breather... passenger side corner of the rocker cover, near the firewall...
That goes to just in the inlet manifold aswell.. dunno where on the BBM though.

Cheers
