Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce that the Fordmods Dyno Registry is now up and running.

http://www.fordmods.com/forums/dyno.php?pageid=31

Jump on there and enter your Dyno figures and compare what other Fordmodders are acheiving.

Also be sure to upload your Dyno sheet so we have proof icon_smile.gif

Done as well, there are some people entering HP though.

ie. Falcon96kicksass entered 136.3, which is exactly what he achieved at the last dyno day, yet the runs were done in HP.

if your runs were done in HP, then use the link below to convert it to KW

I like how the EA in there somehow has pulled 174kw, and has 'No Headwork/Chip'

Unless it's turbo, again, it's hp not kw.

lol, no, thats grechie, hes got a thread on it.
You are gonna get that with dynos, people with figures that, hmm, how to say, seem large.
To weed out shenanigans, cross reference with mph on the quarter mile registry!

Like mine? Maybe we should exclude all JMM readings! icon_razz.gif

Nah, JMM power figures have as much weight as any other chassis dyno IMO icon_lol.gif
Whos to say their dyno doesnt read right, and modern DD dynos are wrong icon_razz.gif
If their were more of whatever type the mock dyno is then DD dynos, we'd all be saying DD dynos are faarked cause they read too low.
Majority rules!!!

Its all measuring d**k size with non-standardised rulers anyway.
Mines 13.5 inches btw icon_lol.gif

thats all true!
and of a*** everyone will put there most over inflated reading!

why not merge the dyno registry and the quater mile time registry together!
that way we can see what looks right and what isnt, if a car has 170-180rwkw and you cant break into the 13s then something is wrong!

i think this is a better idea, otherwise what benchmarks do we have!

ive made 140 rwkw on one and 154 on another, of a*** ill put in 154!
but if can say that ive ran 14.6 it backs up my reading, espescially against another person who has also run 14.6 but with 180rwkw!

i think this is the way to go!

Doesn't take into account weight and so forth. My XT made 185rwkw and did a best of 14.6. If you put that motor in a light EA I'd want to see a lot better then a 14.6.

"cant cry too much wolfe" your cheating FNP.. if you start taking weight into the equation why dont we seperate sohc i6 from dohc i6's like yours in the BA FNP... icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif icon_rolleyes.gif seems an unfair advantage...
