Yes it's ok i work at a gearbox and diff service center so getting as new clutch isn't a problem, and for the dodgy looking pipe work well that was just made to test the car see i lost my licence 6 months ago and still have 1 month to go and i just been waiting for this gerbox to come before i spend money else where on the car, now i have the box i will do 3 inch pipe owrk, battery in boot and bring pod filter to where batt was, i will be putting my turbo cam in too with a twin fuel pump setup and surge tank, i'm also yet to install my turbo cam and dyno tune it. I'll keep u posted

cool project mate..
sounds like some serious power!!

what is your new box? i have just got a t56 for my car as there hasn't been any failures from too much power that i have heard of..

my t5z didn;t last at stock power (~200rwkw) so im not surprised yours didn't!!

antone interested in a t5z with no 2nd syncro, teeth or 5th syncro?? they really are a shyte box haha

Nope there not ba pistons, didn't like the idea of milling out the valve release. There JP pistons that jim mock gets custom made from U.S, haven't actually got them yet but before the end of the month i should.

so why rebuild a freshly built motor. i know there better parts, but have you ever seen e series rods break and with a good tune those pistons should last a while

Well that motor was built over a year ago and detonated after a wastegate failure, so i've been cruising around with a stock bottom end while i gather new parts
