Hey everyone i was considering a heap of alternatives to working my ef XR6 and as it is my first real car i dont want to get rid of it. this means i can justify money spent on it would it be possible to put the BA XR6 Turbo engine into the ef??? Well i figured this question isnt ridiculously stupid as ive seen the intech au engine put into an EB. Any suggestions would be great. THANKS. |

| Yes it can, money and time is another question we all want answered, there are a few threads about this on these boards if you search around... I wouldn't mind some more rock solid info as the info provided isn't the best. |

Buddy have a quick search coz i started 1 of these threads not long ago and phongus did as well
have a quick look through those and see if all the trouble is worth it for you
coz i just bought a typhoon engine that im gonna try get going in my car with the ZF 6 speed auto
you need money, a lot of time and at least some knowledge coz as OsbornThomas said, the info on this site isnt the best |

putting a xr6 turbo motor in a stock ba is costly enought let alone puting in a ef
i brought a rear end smash xr6 turbo ute for 3 grand and sold of for like 6 grand with the engine and gear box and taht was doing a cheap deal to who brought the engine if you do it go to auctions |

| deffiantely turbo the stock engine, you will achieve the same figures at a fraction of the cost and have alot less trouble passing enginnering. |
