|
|
G'day again,
I saw some pic's of an XH ute with an AU Series 2 centre console. I wouldn't mind doing it cos i'd like another storage area in the ute. Any ideas on cost and really big probs.
Thanks

You can drop in about half a dozen different centre consoles in a XG.
XG
XH
AU
EA
EB
ED
XF
Gli, XR, Ghia, etc. it doesn't matter, they all fit easily. I had the orignal XG one in mine, which is similar to a EB but with no lid, I then chucked in a ED XR one and at the moment I've got no console at all.
Probably keeping it that way too, looks heaps better IMHO if you get the carpet and everything tidied up properly. Visit Pick-a-part or somewhere like that and have a look at all the cars there to see what you reckon would look best.
If you need a lid, I've got a grey one in good nick that I'm going to sell for a couple of bucks. |
