yes.. it should be a 2 door... but a 2 door falcon now is many years too late.. after the commodore/monaro has come and gone...

Or you could look at it as the market being open now. With the Monaro no longer around to compet, a 2 door Falcon would be in it's own class as the only big aussie coupe.

Not too much, they're still limited edition, so will be worth more in the future then the 'regular' GT's.

I reckon both the Cobra and the F6 X Territory are both real nice! Something just a bit different then a normal GT or GTP as well as atleast if you are an old school Ford boy the Cobra would bring back the good old times, even though its not a 2 door!

Yeah but to many the GT means a lot more than a cobra. If you plan on keeping it stock and wrapping it in a bubble then every kw counts towards ultimate bragging rights.

i really dont think that any new GT will be worth anymore then it is now into the future. My dads got a Pursuit 250 XR8 and it wont be worth any more then it was new. XY/XW and any old GT has heritage, new GT's are made in the 1000's and always will be, special editions are created to merely increase sales

Sequel: "..often criticized as artistically inferior..."
(yea, im not a fan icon_razz.gif)
The XC Cobra was a story of 400 surplus blue xc shells which became a legend..... just annoys me when car manufacturers try to "revive" the classics, when I have kids, and they hear "falcon cobra" I don't want them to have a visual of a fkn BF icon_sad.gif, nor with the monaro, the torana (Which thankfully never went into production) and the lesser known chrysler 300c.

I've got no dramas with the modern car.......but the holden "monaro" If they called it a taipan or somthing...i'd have more respect for it. Yea, the chrysler is a remake of the 1950's chrysler 300, to give them credit, I do believe "300c" is a unique name, the others were 300e and 300l and stuff.......same series and still a remake tho.

Likewise, I'd definately be looking at a 300C wagon for my next ride.

i think the same like i think that FPV should make a project and go round and find a heap of old rusted out old XB XC coupes and or four doors and put the new engine in the new interior a good brake package and suspension abs etc etc and i reakon they would sell so f**k quick ( i would f**k oath)

Nah, thats further killing it, a few of dads friends were upset by the "GT" being brought back to life so many times.......eb......Ba, whatever else inbetween. They said the last GT muscle car rolled off the production line in '76....... It also upsets me to see people put 20" chromies on australian classics.......my valiant's are staying hubcapped!
