I just bought my 2nd car, basically first car as it will be what i drive when i get my p's... after looking around i found a dealer that specialised in insurance deals, i bought an xh xr6 with slight, and i mean slight hail damage for under 6 grand!!!! low kms and original condition apart from about 20 small hail dents in roof and bonnet but they can be popped out with paintless dent removal.....
Just an idea you might like to look around those mobs.... |

| as long as it has a ford badge & no less than a 6 cylender, you'll do fine, there's always room for improvement when you have a blue oval in your grill |

Im strongly determined now on an EF Ghia, or a EF II GLi Classic...
I would love more than ever a EF/EL XR6 but probs wont be able to afford..
But I love the EF's
keep suggestions comming, my price range has been bumped up to a max of 6 grand, thats right, i been saving my a*** off hahaha
also aplying for centrelink soon so that could bring a handy grand or two |

good ol centrelink eh, EF and EL's are great cars, mate of mine just picked up a EF wagon with a manual conversion, heavy duty clutch, xr front, xr diff, pretty sure a tickford head mock xr6/8 mags, with an alright sound system in it for 5100 had to pay an extra 500 to it to lock, the rear drivers side door actuator was buggered,
Having said that though my first car was an EA had a few problems with it and ended up doing the head in it, now have and EB wagon and going great dual fuel and paid 1600 for it.
If i was in your position i'd def. go for an EF or EL so long as its above a GLi lol, also see if someone here is round your area and would be willing to go with you to have a look at some when you do go.
and last but not least welcome to fordmods and the blue oval club |
