| Tander showed great sportsmanship in the year and is the ONLY holden driver that dissevers such a title. |

| I agree with you Scott, at least the Ford boys didn't unload him like prick did to Craig last year. Possibly the best driving I have ever seen. |

Rehab cant cost that much can it?
Anyway, Congrats to Tander, probably the only decent Commodore driver. |

| it would have taken alot of control for lowndes to not punt tander off.. good on the 3 of them for having a clean race.. it sucks to see the red boys win, but atleast it was a fair outcome |

well i rephraise that if i was in lowndes shoes i would of took a corner wierd and reended him or something or just straight took the f**k out.... because of his dealings with the end of the races last year.... but it showed that lowndes was a gentle man as he didn't resort to any skull duggary s**t.....
do i sound that bad that people i assume im on the wacky tabaccy or drugs |

Agreed, i'm happy with the outcome as it was a fair fight, unlike last year!
If it wasn't that competitive it would be boring and we'd lose interest if it were Ford up front in every race.
Congrats to GT, he was the best man on the day. |

who would've thought there'd only be 2 points in it after 4 or 5 rounds this year. there was a lot of ford fans ready to wipe off this year, myself included. just goes to show you have to keep fighting to the very end as you never know what can happen.
awesome racing. esp r3. those guys were under some serious pressure and there wasn't som much as a locked brake (whincup had a couple of puffs every now and then). thats v8 racing at its best. as good a track as it is, there is not really that many passing opportunities though. was much better having eastern ck as the final in my opinion.
at least, if the rumours are true, toll won't get the no 1 next year but hrt will.
not much of an off season for these guys. feb 21 and its all on again.
very good line up for ford next year. 888, fpr, djr have new found form, sbr are always not far off.
the only competitive holdens in the history of v8's have been twr backed/supported. next year has the potential to be a little different as tasman and grm showed some good pace late in the season.
supercheap seems to kill teams though. steve ellery had their backing in a ford, and now pwr have gone the same way after they had supercheap backing. |

at least if a Kelly had to win the race, the right one did.. I respect Todd for what he has done and how he races. I think the outcome would have been very different if Rat Kelly was in the mix.
As much as it sucks to loose its good to loose to a fair fight. the championship came down to 2 points and 1 second. you don't get mich closer than that. good to see the ford boys starting to drive for each other and the brand, at one point they were squabling over who was where, now they seem to click together better and drive for the greater good. |
