Fellow members,
Given recent complications with some group buys we have updated the FordMods Group Buy Guidelines. Please make yourself known to them, new additions are points 11 & 12.
Group Buy Guidelines
The senior moderators are keen for people to continue to have the rewards that well organised group buys can offer, mainly significant cost savings.
Recently it has become obvious that our scrutinising of group buys need to be tightened and as such we are attempting to do so, without banning them altogether.
From this point on all senior moderators will have access to contact details of the sellers and we will attempt to privately investigate any group buys which may be "stalling". If attempts to get information do not prove fruitful then these details can be passed onto members and/or the sellers local police station if the senior moderators all agree it is the correct thing to do..
Please note that most group buys go smoothly and, as mentioned, result in great savings to our members and it is this reason we are allowing them to continue. This effort is to simply try and eliminate a repeat of any group buy turning sour.
