Mate,
Good luck getting the PWR rad into the bay. I have Just this minute finished installing mine. It required the removal of almost 20mm along the bottom radiator support to fit. Then there was mods to the Cooler lines for the Power Steering, and another hole had to be drilled in front of the battery to get it to line up. Lastly the top lip of the top Radiator support panel needed to be folded up so it would clear the mounts.
Thats my 2 cents. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Yeah I'm still here.. icon_lol.gif

Just been a little sidetracked for the last few months but I am getting back into it soon so not a lot to update.

I picked up a new 3G alternator, at 160amps it should keep two battery's happy.. I was going to use the one in the car at the moment but over the last few weeks the little yellow light on the dash has been flashing at me every now and then, so I'm guessing it's on the way out..

Nice and shiny !!!!

One other thing I've found out is that with the fat radiator, the CVR water pump is gonna foul the thermo's icon_evil.gif only by about 15mm as well..
So it's back to a mech pump with an electric drive, and that should make the pulley system a little easier to make up as well.

The next major thing I have to do is get the car on gas cause I've got nowhere on the new motor to put injectors. icon_rolleyes.gif

Good work mate!

Do you think gas would alter what could've been powerwise? and would the heat generated from the blower affect it? I dont really have a clue about gas, just heard its easier for emissions..

nice work mate. Good too see the dream is still alive. icon_cool.gif

Just saw one of those powder coating guns on ebay for 79 bucks US.. the shipping was more than that though.. icon_smile.gif

I'm really curious about gas and supercharging myself.. was wondering if anyone had looked at natural gas...
