noise from the bov at idle ??? WTF shouldnt make any at idle,ring me

Yeah it will, depending on the spring.
Chances are its a soft one being a centrifugal blower.

That's correct. It does sit a bit open at idle, and should - according to CAPA etc. And it's an extra soft spring by Turbosmart specifically for centrifugal applications. The original problem I had was I was running a Type III Dual Port, which has a lower opening, so some boost was leaking. I've since changed to a Type III Megasonic which is what the spring is for and now the BOV is fine.

It certainly should be open at idle for a centrifugal setup. Seems all correct to me. Not all floating piston type BO valves are well suited but see how you go.
