its looking to me that megasquirt is the way to go....

just wondering where do u buy the kits from??

what would i need besides the kit and some sort of A/F meter??

how many people on this forum are running it??

and would the mods be interested in making a separate section just for megasquirt?

this is where you can get the kits from:
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/index.php

i've been looking into it myself

this is what i'm going to purchase in the future:
EEC-IV Adapter Board kit (PCBv2.0)
MegaSquirt Tuning Cable (DB9 Straight Thru)
MegaSquirt Stimulator v2.2 - UnAssembled Kit
MegaSquirt-I or II Relay Cable
MegaSquirt-II Engine Management System w/PCB3 - UnAssembled Kit
Innovate LC-1 Digital Wideband Controller with Sensor
and a Lead Bending Tool...

total cost US$689.35 (AU$739.00)
cheap ECU IMO.

EEC-IV Adapter Board kit (PCBv2.0)
99% sure you do not need this, you can just go from PIN to PIN, from MS to Stock ECU Adapter.
