Just turned the ps3 on, GTA4 has a 18meg update avaliable for download, AND it certainly does appear to have fixed the lock up issues!! NOW all I need is time to play the game!
just a quick blast shows good results.
I have been able to play online or single player with no probs.
Only took em a week or so. whould never have been an issue to start with though |

there are very few xbox users who have reported this issue, but with such small numbers it appears to be system related lock ups, not game based, alot of users of the uncensored version experienced lockups.. some did not, but alot did, mine no longer locks up.. it was an issue witht he game getting online, probably bad packets game spacs out and freezes.
but its all in the past now.. happy killing and maiming.
The best thing is inspecting the blood spatter on the side of your car after doing a handbrake turn through pedestrians..

| Best thing I've done so far was kill a couple of cops with the AK47 and then took their car. Dragged the dead driver out and then the other dead guy rode along with me until I did a hand brake around the corner then he fell out and I lost the door. |

| get some granades or molotovs, select that as the weapon before getting into any car, then as you are driving you can throw em out the car, best is grenades, you can cook em for a bit, then drop em under a cop car KA_BOOM!! awesome stuff. |

I like suicide by grenade or jumping off the empire state building.
I usually grenade myself when the cops are after me while I'm on top of a building with almost no health, rather take myself than let the cops take me. |
