The BF kit is in now way different to the BA kit however the tuning is. So to check out more about this kit go to our BA kit thread.

I will put in a pic here of the first 4.0 DOHC we ever did which is this BF ute, done over 80 000km now and nothing touched yet. He has booked the blower in for a full service as he now wants to up the boost some more and add a water to air cooler etc.

Had the blue ute above retouched today with the tune a bit, owner brought it for the tune with a clogged air filter and still made 223rwkw @7.5psi which is quite ok, would be around 230rwkw with the 9.0psi it should be showing.

The owner thinks its so reliable he is almost scared to have it serviced lol in case its not a as good as before. 80k km is quite doing quite well, would have to figure how many squillion turns the blower high speed bearings have done icon_smile.gif

Here is a pic of the BF, was the first Ford kit (of any type) we ever did.

Very happy with how it goes and it gave us a lot of experience with this model.

No engine work is needed ...... for any Raptor kit for any vehicle.

Bolt on, load the Raptor preloaded tune and you are away. You should be fitting good extractors and exhaust system as well to compliment the charger kit
