fellas

my brake lights wont come on

ive looked around the pedel and i found the lamp switch and was fiddling around with it and got it to work, but now it dosent work any more and i dont know what to do. ive taken it off and had a look at it and it seems fine.

Ive checked the gregorys on how to remount it and it still dosent work..

help fellas as i dont want some one running up my a*** lol

Its f**k, Buy a new one.
They're around $10 NEW from Repco.

maybe check the brake switch mate,

dont mean to highjack the thread but i will do icon_biggrin.gif

my left brake lights has issues. the light will work when i have the lights on, but then when i press the brakes the left brake light will just turn off. the right is fine. none of the globes are f**k. do youse rekon its something to do with the wiring or what.l

ive been fidling around with the switch and i tihnk its the connectors on the clip but ill go and by a new one tomorrow if i get some spare time

After 8 years of changing that switch every 6-10 months I modified the pedal box when it was out for the manual conversion and put in the ED switch bracket and switch. No problems in the last 18 months. Interesting the EF/L design can be seen on a 65 mustang.

well i went to repco and got a switch and threw it in its working now

ive noticed they got a 20.000km warrenty does that mean there going to keep going out
?
