Hi All,
not sure if any of you have heard of Ghosting, heres a rundown;
-Formatt your HDD and install a fresh copy of the OS along with other drivers and programs you want..
- before you start downloading stuff off the web, music movies, pictures and so forth create an image file of the fresh copy using a ghost program
-Store this in a separate partitioned drive or external drive
- When you computer starts to run like a dog, simply run the bootable recovery Disk and reload the fresh ISO image.
thus rather than spending hours reformatting again installing drivers and so forth...loading an ISO image takes less than 5minutes.

now the problem I have is, I've downloaded Norton Ghosting v10 or v14, created my ISO image and saved it on a partition, but i need a Bootable recovery disk (for majority of laptops a CD) in order to load the ISO file as it cannot be done in windows

Anyone out there done this before? opinions and programs used
Cheers
- Ash
