Hi everyone, I have foxtel IQ, and the HDD on the foxtel is almost full, I guess Im a bit of a hoarder when it comes to movies. Anyway, is there a way of getting the stuff off the foxtel onto my computer HDD, or maybe even onto DVDS? Thanx

You can output the second scart connection to a dvd recorder, (easier if it is a HDD one). Record to DVD-RW, wack in computer and do any editing like adds etc, then burn back to DVD-R and reuse your RW disc.

Could always stick a TV card in the computer, connect the cables from the foxtel box to the tv card in the computer, and record that way, although depending how fussy you are with the quality you may or may not be happy with the results. Also you need a fairly decent computer to do that - I wouldn't go using a 10 year old PC for that job, lol
