Hello.
A mate of mine has put an Au into an EL auto wagon. Changed the sump etc etc and all in and working.
Only thing is - it is really down on power, sluggish take off etc. Throttle opens fully wide, had the injectors etc checked and the EFI checked. Was statically timed on installation.
Is this likely to be an ECU problem - like a default programme that needs a reset, or does the chip or programme need changing?
Any clues? |

| needs ECU I think for best operation. Probably bay loom as well |

| does it ping? could be not advanced far enough,thats what i reckon it is,had same problem with mine,wou wont need to change ecu if you used all el bolt on accessories |

What is the timing set at?
And what type of fuel pressure regulator is he running?
Is it running smooth or rough, or? |

| check that you have the map sensor and air intake sensors hooked up. You will need to run the EL top half of the BBM, and also make sure the EL bottom half of the thermo housing with the temp sender |
