| yea, be paitent when your doing it, i got realy frustrated doing mine. u have to remove your whole dash, i think kickpannels to manouver your dash around, then undo all the bolts from steering colum brake booster ect, remove the pedals n then try and manouver it out, i didnt completly remove my dash from the car i just left it hanging loose which was why i found it difficult ro remove and replace n is why i got so frustrated, if you can be bothered completly removing the dash from the car it will make the job a whole lot easier |

Yes i recently had to do this, although mine is a factory manual.
While your doing the conversion, it'd pay for you to do it now.

what xavier said, i did the same, centre console out, whole dash unbolted steering column unbolted, lift dash off mountings, and get the bolts free, rip the pedal box out, then reverse.
in the tech docs section there is a guide written by phongus i think that went into enough detail to get the job done, its a b**ch to do, but stick at it. |

| From what Ive read I would suggest going the mal wood pin, it would be far more quicker and easier, I think the dash out is the old way.. |

| I just did what Froudey done i used an 5/8th bolt with some washers and acouple of nuts.I also got myself apeice of steel plate drilled acouple of holes in it and attached that aswell to strengthen the the pedal box. This way works exactly the same as the Mal Wood Pin and it only cost me about $10.If you go this route just make sure you get hitensile bolts&nuts |
