Hi Guys, just posted up in the Exterior Section for my new bonnet and front bar. The car has been off the road since March getting a facelift which included a whole new trim.

Main fabrics used were Copper Snakeskin and Creme Otstich - The ribs that separate the Snakeskin are finished in 24kt Gold Plate.

Lot of work went into the new interior - the dash is also finished in Copper Snakeskin with all of the venting and instrument sections finished in House of Kolor Kosmic Gold Krome - all of the vinyl in the cabin was also finished in House of Kolor Kosmic Krome (Brass over Copper)

New feature in the rear entertainment section is a custom glass floor - 10mm thick - custom textured design - LED lights shine into the glass which sits on a bed of Creme Ostrich. An overhead console holds extra Hella downlights with speakers hidden in the console. The new placement of the speakers have also made the sound a lot better. The ute took out best In Car Entertainment at a recent show.

The glass floor also flows out into the tailgate area.

The steering wheel was also covered in Snakeskin and Ostrich.

The overall outlook was to create an interior that looked luxurious not tacky.

Thanks - am just in the process of updating my website for the ute. You can see some other images on the following link - there are some images in there that show you the complexity of the build.

Will be doing a couple of things to the custom trailer over the next few weeks and then the job will be complete.

Bit hard customising a ride - at the end of the day you just have to go the way you like - there are things of course not everyone will like, something I see all the time - would not do certain things to my ride but one can always appreciate the work and effort that one puts into any custom job.

Funny thing about the steering wheel - it received the most compliments on the interior.

Knew this guy who wanted to do some exterior work on his car - had his plans and design put on computer - then he went out and asked about ten of his mates what they thought - 10 different guys - 10 different opinions. He ended up doing nothing. ( I lie, he ended up putting a Chevy Badge emblem on his Holden - did not know the GMH made a Chevy in Australia.) Like putting an FPV badge on a standard Ford.

If you are going to do it - just do it to suit yourself - the important thing is that you are the one who you need to satisfy.

Interior is awesome, so much stuff to look through the detail is great.

My opinion of the exterior is the same as most others here, BUT i can appreciate going for a different look, and if i seen your car at a show i would definitely check it out

There is a guy in S.A. with a BA Fairmont - he is just putting on the new front bar and a different bonnet on his car - hope to have some images within the next couple of weeks - will be interesting to see what the outcome is.

Hi Macca, the babe is a model I hired for MotorEx - she is from Germany and was heading back home the following week - lovely friendly lady who was an asset for the 2 days she worked for me.

I have just done some slide shows on the rear entertainment system, drivers cabin and aggressor bonnet & bar - you can view them on the following links -
