|
|
Hey guys,
I thought i would show you my car.
it started life as a 1993 EBII Gli. Then i converted it to a fairmont and usual things like stereo and suspension and exhaust mods and after a while i got bored with it and wanted something different.
So in October last year i picked up a ba engine
So out came the old engine and i gave the engine bay a fresh coat of paint
Then put the engine in
Decided that the engine looked a little boring and that there was too much room on the exhaust side... so i found something to fill it
Bought a ba2 5speed turbo box
mounted the ba hydraulic clutch master cylinder on the eb pedal box
got some decent stoppers
Did a few things with the interior
and nine about 9 months since i started here i am
I know i took a long time. but its been a good learning process for me, ive learned alot over the past year.
now im currently in the process of installing me ems 8860 ecu to control the bugger. Im having some issues with the 8860 picking up the trigger signal but ill post more info on that in a little while.
Regards
Dj |

| More details and pictures on how you set up the hydraulic clutch setup please. Looking at fitting a T56 into my EF and that would help me heaps. |

Haha! Heater bypass for the win! Glad i'm not the only one. I only just noticed you're using an XF throttle, what have you got planned acellerator cable wise? I was going to use my old EL throttle, but i was stuffed as to how i was going to get a cable working |
