OK so Whem my Head lights On my Eb are on High beam they start to switch on and off rapidly but only do it when high beams on
I have swaped the switch on the dash with a knowen working one I have swaped the relay a number of times and i have contact clean all of the visable connections |

I'm curious....what does MF stand for?
And what do you mean by flashing, like a strobe light? or in sync with something? randomly? |

| Sounds like a short - I think there is a circuit breaker for the lights under the Radiator overflow. |

| Yes a new headlight circuit breaker would fix your problem, about $10 from a ford dealer. |

| I was looking at the one in the spare EF today - It looks like a standard Hella/Ingram part - so any auto leccy could get you the right part. not expensive |
