| Uncy Brett.. Maybe try Windsor exhaust. But for you to get to windsor, will cost $20 or $30 in fuel? No suppliers in nsw I don't think, just resellers/fitters. Otherwise just buy direct from Vic? |

Yep, contacted them direct and 995 plus 45 delivered. and come in 1 3/4. Got the calipers out tonight, current primaries are 1.446 in, as opposed to 1.75 inch.
Now to wait for tax return and then order a set

Exhaust has been ordered. New NOS jets have been ordered from Summit. Now to work out how to fix the microsecond leanout when the gas comes on.
I am thinking 2 fuel solenoids mounted directly on the rail so the fuel doesnt have to "travel" to get to the rail.
I will advise as it comes together

Well i own all the bits, Dart block, Stroker Kit, Trickflow heads and intake, just need money for assembly, machining etc. Plus there is always littlethings you dont think of along the way. So i am saving to get 10g and then pay for the build.

Brett,
Just a quick one, Did you ever run the RPMII with the std bonnet> If so, were there any clearance issues?
Cheers,
Jeff |

Yes, RPMII was run on the stock bonnet. The TPS just touched the underside of the insulation on the Fairmont bonnet, and it also touched on the last rib on the drivers side. It didt rub so i wasnt overly concerned. You looking at one of these Jeff. If so very well worth the money spent.

Sweet, i wonder how it will go on the underside of the XH bonnet.
Yeah i have the oppurtunity to pick a brand new one up fairly cheap with 1/2" spacer aswell, just waiting on a response from the bloke.
I wonder if those vacuum fittings can be drilled and tapped into the rear (actual front) of the upper to make it look abit neater.

Or you could run them off the neck, as i have done, it does tidy them up.I am running the Fuel pressure feed from here and the feed for the heater controls. The 2 at the front are for soemthing to do with emmissions and one supplies the EMS with a pressure signal, so it would be possible to clean them up a bit. You may not have the same issues as me as yours is a manual and only has 1 TPS.

No worries, will see how i go if the bloke pulls through.
I wonder if i'll be able to run the 1/2" spacer too.
Cheers for that Brett,
Jeff |

Well the fin ad games starts tomorrow. Of for custom exhausts. 1 7/8 primaries with 3.5 in collectors. That should relieve the exhaust rstriction problem

So in the next feww days when time permits, the left hand head will come off for a looksee. On a good note, the Exhuast arrived and looks smick as all shiny and coated, i may just the the RP< Polished whilst it is off the car.
