| Just FYI, the father-in-law has them on his EL Wagon's Steering column... VDO gauges in the little cups. Not my favourite, but he finds them convenient there. |

With a mechanical gauge don't oil lines need to be ran right to it?
Probably not the best idea if running it into the cabin. If the lines are damaged or perish then it could make a mess of your interior. Don't laugh this has happend to my old man, the lines that came with the gauge perished and bam, black carpet

ha ha obviously it wasnt installed properly because i had my one for 2 years with a nylon line and it didnt perish or become brittle, the only thing i can think of if that it was installed next to a heat source or something |

Guage stopped working cause of the sender. between 60 and 80 for a new sender, 10mins tops to fit
