Didn't try it in second cause the driveway isn't that long.

You were doing this on your driveway? icon_confused.gif

Nah not my driveway. Mates one in Ellenbrook.

what I find odd is that I have 10nm more torque then Timmeh but am down like 20kw in power. Something just doesn't correlate there icon_confused.gif ????

I demorolised a fella I used to got to school with the other day. VX berlina LS1 with huge exhaust system. He was absolutely gobsmacked when I told him that I've only got stock artillery under the hood icon_lol.gif

Because your torque curves are different.

Here is a bit of an update. Car has managed 500ks before the low fuel light lit up for the first time.

This included the tune k's on the dyno too.

Fuel economy is an unexpected benefit from this tune.

No I don't thrash my car. Power is used for overtaking and thats pretty much it.

Yep, it's all in the way you drive, I've found. If you keep changes at around 2500, fuel economy is quite good. I find it hard to do most of the time though.

I reckon you should go and see Dom at Prestige Exhausts and get him to cut you a 3" intake pipe. It only costs about $40 and looks so much nicer than the kidney.

Just go to any exhaust shop and get them to use a 60degree bend, then cut to suit. It takes all of 5 minutes. Then go to an accessory store and get a couple of clamps then fit it up.

What's it do and can it be safely cancelled out?
