It seems I have gathered some condensaation in my riight indicator but not my left.

As it has finally rained on the Golc Coast a little I was wondering if it is a leak and if so how do I remove the water form the indicator?

remove the indicator and just drill a small hole to let out the water then re-seal with silicon, or just leave the whole, better water out then in, if you cant stop it.

If you let it sit the water will evaporate via the passage that it entered the light. As delboy said tho, try and locate where water's getting in and seal it. Can be tough tho.

Hmmm, previously FM shop was selling for about 35 bucks each. Non genuine but brand new.

I searched for days and couldn't find the leak. Now they are both water logged and I am just going to buy new ones....

my new tail light keeps getting condensation. Next time I pull it apart its gonna get a high dose of silicon. I cant see any need for drilling them as surely pulling the bulb out is ventilation enough.

the EF and EL indicators normally leak between the lens and the body. if you pull the indicator out you will probably find the lens is not stuck down correctly. just wack some silicon on it and good as new.

I just applied a line of some plastics glue around the outer edge when this happened to me. It has been 3 months or so now and it has rained a few times since without an issue. Who would have thought that simple bodgy solutions actually work?
