Friday 9th March 2007

We have added a couple of profiles to the Ford 6cyl - EA - EL section of our popular profiles listing.

There is a newly developed profile which is a mix of our 1636 and 977B profiles. It is intended to produce more power than the 1636 profile but with better idle and torque than the 977B.
I don't have any actual output figures for the 1636C/977B at present. It might be a good idea to let the testing continue for a bit longer before considering this profile.

The 977B has been around for quite a while. For some reason, we forget to list it on the website.

The 977B profile is currently as far as you can go as a reground cam. Any further, as is the case with the 1521A, and it is necessary to utilise a new billet cam.

Cheers

Chris
