|
|
I have a fuel pump that sounds like it is about to die. The sound is from the rear, but I have looked and cannot find the pump. Can someone tell me where it is located.
I have a 1996 EL Wagon, has many issues.. but I need to replace the fuel pump so I can ensure I don't get stranded in the middle of no where.
Thanks |

In the tank. Accessible from the passenger side looking though the rear wheel arch. Sedans are accessed from the boot.

| pain in the a*** to get out, it's on the fuel level sender unit, and it's quiet long and twisty. I had to put 500kg's into the back of the wagon to get the leaf spring into a spot were it was no longer in the way. |
