i think ps3 at the 1000 mark sounds about right if they want to go ahead with the blue ray and most likely they will if they want to beat Xbox360. i wouldnt pay that much for a console personally. id rather buy a good graphics card and ill get much better graphics out of a computer. but all comes down to preference.
btw im a nintendo fan so when Revolution comes out for under 400 or so they say ill get one....cause its not overpriced.

| I think i'll get the tendo too. I like their idea of the controller. One thing i like about tendo, is that they put a bit more emphisis on the fun factor, it's not just "pretty pictures" and i'm honestly over that. Playing cards holds my attention for much longer than video games. |

| yeah nintendo has the fun factor then serious one. which i think is much more interesting most of the time compared to 2 player racing or fighting games. i mean RPGs any console is good but mario beats it all hahaha. 4 player games with friends for fun....nintendo beats it all. god i miss bomberman on gc. |

| Yeah I know, those tendo party game packs are awsome with pizza and lots of beer! But xbox live is starting to open up doors for that avenue of gaming, heck last night I was playing against 15 other ppl. chuck the head set on and you can chat to them, give them s**t, then kill them! woot! |

| yeah so do I but this way I get to do it, with a mate playing also, on a 102cm tv, with 5.1 surround going off. consoles are a much more play with your mates sorta platform than a pc |

| yeah if u have company a console is more fun. but if ur on ur own ill take a pc. either way i still wouldnt pay 1000 for PS3 with the blue ray technology. id go for nintendo =D |

Cause its $ony.... they'll kill you and drink your blood! Bloody vampiers them lot, they dont make anything without ballsing it up or ripping you off.
and blu ray, yay! NOT! like we are going to see a point (in the near future) where we are going to need that ammount of storage for video / game? and one company going roughe and developing a tec is a stupid idea, it'll fail. |

its simply looking and its actually in the shape of the NES cartridge games. it looks cool imo. unlike sony which looks like a barrel =P but id still get a nintendo since its going to be 3 times cheaper then PS3 and half the price of XBox360 yet u still get the good stuff. |
