Sorry mate, they are unrepairable. The urethane black coating has been burnt to a crisp by the UV rays and then cracked up from being naked and dry for so long
Anyone who still has trims without this problem should trim dream them ASAP
Many ford falcon trims from various models are not UV stable

| any chance you could get onto the urethane with a bit of glass paper and then try the trim dream and have a bit of sucess. my trims look a bit like that, not quite as bad but still.

you can replace them Timmeh, just be seated when you speak to ford as they are $150 per side but that includes a new window coz the trim and window is one piece. ford have about 20 of the driver side ones left.

and here it is after using the 3 steps of TRIM DREAM by hand. notice it is jet black with great shine, reflection and very wet looking. like i said, this is a brand new trim and this just goes to show how much better they can be and that goes for all falcon owners not just for ef/el's, i couldnt be happier with how it turned out.
(remember to click on the pics)

Killer work millard, I like how you've put the bottles and my sticker behind the glass.
Those trims are glass now, what a great result
I did a demo on a magna today for a friend in the waterless wash business and he's buying a big bottle step 1 soon

I'm amazed at how good a job this stuff does!
How much does it cost? $75 was it? I'm VERY interested!

It is a dream machines own self made product system and is $65 for step 1, 2 and 3 in 125ml bottles
Enough to do up to eight falcons exterior trims and wiper arms
perhaps more
Ring me to place an order scotsman
